DESIGN TOS

- any TOS changes made will apply to ALL of my designs regardless of when youve obtained it. 

- dont claim any of my designs as your own.

- dont steal or heavily reference any of my designs. 

- DO NOT sell designs with no added art. gifting and character trades are okay.

- DO NOT sell GIFTED designs under any circumstance! re-gifting and trading is OKAY. the only exception is if it has added art that you PAID for.

- if purchasing a design, payment must be sent within 48 hours.

- always credit my TH for designs, never my DA. i shouldnt have to say but, do not remove or alter my credits.

- do not turn my designs into a species.

- you may not apply your own design TOS to my designs. it may not be my character, but it is still MY DESIGN.

- do not change my designs to the point of it being unrecognizable without permission. if you would like to revamp, please let me know beforehand!

- it is YOUR responsibility to keep yourself updated on my TOS. if you are unsure about something regarding my design, you can do two things: ask or CHECK MY TOS. i will not be lenient with any excuses such as “i didn’t know.” simply because you can ask. ALWAYS ask if you are unsure.

failure to follow my tos will result in a blacklist from all of my art services.
