Powers incude: enhanced strength, enhanced dexterity, molecular shapeshifting, unintrusive telepathy.

Shapeshifting limitations: their shapeshifting takes place on a deep cellular level allowing them to change most aspects of their appearance quite quickly. They can use this to disguise themselves, alter their appearance, and camoflauge but they cannot go much beyond their humanoid form; 2 extra limbs at most, can only change their height by about a foot, cant bulk up more than 150 pounds. They can use their shapeshifting to help repair wounds but it is a consious and delicate effort, they will have to be properly treated later.

Telepathy: their telepathy is un unconcious field that picks up in the more surface level or immediate thoughts and emotions. They cannot use their telepathy to actualy read minds but it gives them a sense of peoples emotions and an instinct of how they will act and react, and helps defend against telepathic attacks. Their are not always aware of this ability.

Harvey was origionally a lab experiment to create a hybrid using alien genetics. The experiment resulted with them being the most and only succesful subject. They were grown in the lab and developed an attachment with one of the reearchers overseeing them. The researcher helped improve their conditions, getting them a degree of education, entertainment, and humane treatment. Eventually the reasercher snuck them out and became their adoptive mother. After they had some time to explore their powers they decided to try and help people. They took their hero name and human names both from the classic movie Harvey; feeling they resonated with the main characters both, Elwood and the invisible Harvey. Their hero identity is Pooka.
