A witch who is often visited by the townspeople in search of advice, and acts as a sort of mayor and historian. Lives with her familiars: a cyclops named Pandora and a black bird. Doesn't usually leave her house and is mostly nocturnal, but is aware about everything important that occurs in the town. Her books about witch history are highly valued among their society, but few copies exist.

Her letter to Ewan brings him back to the town, in order to investigate a certain incident...
