FACT: rosaline pearl was the first gem assigned to black opal's squadron. though she is classed as black opal's personal pearl, her skills make her a great benefit to being a member of the squadron

   + being a pearl, rosaline has holographic abilities with her gem. she can summon weapons appropriate for the current situation, whether it be for herself or another gem. she can also produce holograms of herself (see: holo-pearl stabbing pearl in the torso) and others, and is able to use her gem either as a headlight or to project her dreams.

- pearls are very graceful in their movements, making them good at avoiding attacks, as well as having catlike balance. rosaline is black opal's pearl, and conforms to the usual roles that a pearl is given; i.e. follows orders, runs errands, etc. though this doesn't limit her to solely being an assistant. though she is never the first to step in and fight head-on because of her status, she is always somebody that black opal can rely on to execute an attack that nobody else could possibly do.
