Hugo Ramsbottom is a 21 year old Spooky High student. He works part-time at the local gas station and is extremely underpaid. He doesn't mind though because he enjoys meeting new people and goofing around with his friends there.

His boyfriend is Scott and his bff is Polly. They're like three peas in a pod for lack of a better metaphor. Hugo's schtick is that he likes to butt heads with people for good luck, but literally no one finds it as endearing as Scott. Scott and Hugo are perfect for each other; they balance each other out. Hugo is the cool cat (goat?) and Scott is the happy doggo.

Depending on who you ask, Hugo could either be a super chill person or an irritable bastard. Either way, he's pretty good with letting people off easy. He cares about others too much to hurt their feelings. But mostly, Hugo is like everyone's older brother. It might seem like he doesn't give a shit, but he deeply cares about not letting anyone down. He's comfortable with everyone and could go on talking for hours. He's the kind of guy who will happily go along with any dumb idea, especially those thought up by Scott.
