Harper Levin

harper is an avatar of the lonely from the radio quiet zone in west virginia. they mostly target lone hikers and hunters who've strayed off the beaten path. kind of a stoner. harper struggles to remember much of their past, which troubles them deeply. 

they enjoy messing with archives staff in their free time. met danny after he ran harper over with a golf cart in the woods (they got better). finds danny harmless and friendly, and typically spares him from their tormenting. likes to consider themselves a friend of cassandra, but doesn't care much if the feeling is mutual. 

harper speaks softly and has a whispery, almost wheezing voice. they enjoy collecting vinyls they will never listen to.
