Howdy! Sorry for any sternness, Im super happy you're enjoying my work!! HOWEVER If you break my Terms of Service then you risk being blacklisted from owning any of my designs in the future. I currently do not have a public blacklist, but feel free to ask if you're wondering or have any questions! Thank u!!

-Redesign em! Literally u can do whatever u want with them idc!!!! They are Yours!!!!! You can make any edits to them and their design, as long as their original art by me remains unedited :]

-Resell/retrade characters! Please don't sell them for more than you purchased for; unless there's extra art added!

-Create personal species based on my designs! as long as they're ones you purchased ofc- and sharing the species with friends is fine, as long as it doesn't turn into an "open or closed" species! Feel free to DM if you have questions!

-Make and sell merch of the design! I must be credited for the design; However- if you're going to use the design for some kind of craft adopt (like fursuits or pin adopts) PLEASE let me know! I'd love to see what they get up to- (and again, please make sure to credit me!)

-Draw or commission NSFW of characters designed by me as long as it follows terms!

- Create open or closed species based on my work, or turn my designs into such.

- Distribute my designs to ANYONE on my DNI list. I'm trusting y'all with this one- I'm more lax on whether DSMP supporters own my designs although it still makes me uncomfy; this is mostly aimed at gross ass mfs. YOU know the ones.

- Draw or commission NSFW of designs from me if the NSFW art depicts harmful themes such as but not limited to: bestiality/zoophilia, proshipping/ inc/st / p/dophilia, noncon, etc. If this is something you're doing you shouldn't have any of my designs anyway.
