Henry was a seasoned soldier for the royal army for almost 20 years. His last tour he was given a squad to command and sent to infiltrate enemy territory. On their way sneaking across the border he and his squad got trapped in a cave buring a harsh snowstorm in the mountain seperating the nations. They managed for a week before their rations ran dry, afterwhich they scavenged to try and survive. When the first of them died the others hesitantly ate of his flesh to survive. Henry took a particular interest in the meat, and when the next in his squad weakened he eagerly slit his throat to taste the meat again. The others in his squad were scared of him but too weak and grateful for the meal to do anything. This followed in turn till he was the only one left. When the storm cleared he made his way back to the city, tho many were wary of him now feeling and suspecting that something was off, he was still promoted to captain for his service, but soon after retired. After retiring he spent more time in the wilds and hunting, pursuing his 'delicacy'.
