Noelani is a water and air spirit that protects the balance of nature. She is rarely seen as she blends into the sky, waves and water with her ever changing form.  She has lived throughout many generations and ever changing times leaving her with little faith in humanity.  Despite the bitterness of age Noelani always strives to give the outward impression of hope and faith no matter how empty she feels inside.

She prefers feline shape, going between a small cat and a larger cat. Her ears are otter shaped and she has a fishes' tail.  As a shapeshifter Noelani often appears in many shapes, sizes, and species to test mortals.
