keep in mind these are SUGGESTIONS, not rules. theres a chance i will still accept characters with things in my dislike/hate list! (though, their design will probably be changed!)
offer anything in my dreamies folder or even just in my favorites folder and theres an extremely high chance of me accepting (as long as its fair!!) i.e. $10 worth dreamie for a $10 worth design
