Despite there being an auto TOS provided by Toyhouse that says you can regift & trade my designs, this is NOT accurate to my Terms of Service!*

𝒢ℯ𝓃ℯ𝓇𝒶𝓁 𝒢𝓊𝒾𝒹ℯ𝓁𝒾𝓃ℯ𝓈

•  All my designs must remain on Toyhouse, do not resell to someone who does not have an account. Do NOT delete character profiles. This helps to avoid theft. 
• Character ownership and character files will only be transferred after full payment has been received.
• I am not responsible for any fraudulent activity or chargebacks from third parties. Please be cautious when looking to resell/&or purchase a design.
• Do not involve my designs in any type of species (Open OR Closed.) Doing this is an automatic blacklist + the species will be contacted.
• I do not permit my designs to be used for any activities involved in NFTs and AI.
• To prevent character theft, it's recommended that you post a watermarked version when reselling.
•  Small design changes are perfectly fine, but please do not change a design to the point it is unrecognizable. (Alt outfits, hairstyles, etc are totally fine. Just make sure to keep the OG design file handy!)
• Do not resell for more than what the design is actually worth without extra commissioned art.
• Resell worth must be accurate to the initial purchase price + any total commissioned artwork.
• When reselling on Toyhouse please always include the resale price in the description of the transfer information.
• My designs are not meant to be co-owned. They are for single-person use only.
• As a good gesture, when reselling one of my designs please link my TOS to the new owner or potential buyers.

𝒞ℴ𝓂𝓂ℯ𝓇𝒸𝒾𝒶𝓁 𝒰𝓈𝒶ℊℯ

• Every Mawsette design has FREE commercial usage. No additional fees are required to use a design commercially. Credit is REQUIRED, however, if the owner does decide to use a design commercially. (AKA VTuber/PNGtuber, etc.)
• While a Mawsette design features free commercial usage, the provided artwork of said design may NOT be used commercially.

𝒢𝒾𝒻𝓉𝒾𝓃ℊ ℴ𝓇 𝒯𝓇𝒶𝒹𝒾𝓃ℊ

•  Gifting or trading my designs for art/MYO passes/another design/etc is prohibited. Resell is the only option.
• If I notice an owner wanting to rehome a design and is attempting the above description, a gentle TOS reminder will be given. Repeated offenses are a blacklist.
• If a design is gifted to (person A) by Mawsette, and (person A) has not purchased any commissions of said design, (person A) may REGIFT not trade, the design to (person B.) As soon as a design has financial worth, it cannot be gifted. Resell would be the only option. .

𝒞𝓇ℯ𝒹𝒾𝓉

• Commercially using a design as a VTuber/PNGtuber/etc requires proper credit to Mawsette as the designer on whatever social media the owner is using said design.
• If using a design as a general OC, please credit Mawsette the first time you share them online as your OC. After that, it's not required.
• Do not claim you created the design. In the event of someone inquiring about a design, please kindly direct them to Mawsette as the designer. 

ℛℯ𝓋ℴ𝓀𝒾𝓃ℊ 𝒪𝓌𝓃ℯ𝓇𝓈𝒽𝒾𝓅

I retain the right to reclaim and resell my design if a client files a chargeback at any point of time after purchase. (+ Being blacklisted.)

ℬ𝓁𝒶𝒸𝓀𝓁𝒾𝓈𝓉

Blacklisted users may not commission Mawsette, interact with Mawsette online, or purchase Mawsette designs.

• Blacklisted users may continue using any Mawsette design they currently owned before being blacklisted, and are permitted to resell them. However, they are not permitted to purchase new/pre-existing designs.
