Delphine

Delphine is is considered to be one of the goddesses of the ocean. She is from the royal bloodline of merfolk and dragon combined. She has the siren call and can easily lure anyone to their demise if she wanted. She can control the movement of the ocean and cause tsunamis that will drag anything in its path underwater. She can also transform herself into a full blown regal dragon.
