Russet

The bigwings of 5 siblings. Only her and Dogwood remain; the rest had died during the War of Sandwing Succession. Not because they were combatants - they were too young to fight - but due to neglect. All the adults were off fighting and the hatchlings had nobody to watch over them. One died to predation when they were very young (crocodile?) and the other two died from sickness. All 5 came close to starvation. 

Russet is quite aggressive and controlling, and very protective of Dogwood. She doesnt like how outspoken Dogwood is, nor does she appreciate the harsh criticism Dogwood and her receive. "The strong deserve to survive" type of character.
