Prefers to be called Val or Valentine; an ancient entity that sustains itself entirely on blood, flesh, and mortal suffering. The mask it wears changes expressions like a normal face, but only when not directly observed (usually between blinks), anyone who has seen its true eyes beneath and lived refuses to discuss what they saw. Also happens to really like what it calls 'kawaii' things and also wants to look 'kawaii'. this may at first seem like a poorly executed ruse, however, its interest in all things cute becomes demonstrably genuine when it sometimes accidently let prey escape when distracted by compliments on how cute it looks.
