Here's me rambling incoherently about my ideas for him:

I don't wanna make a human design for him maybe the mask like
Becomes a part of him as a consequence of whatever he accidentally used to time travel

He makes friends with people in present-day and explains everything to them and goes "yeah the mask is literally just my face now idk how it works" and they're like "how do you eat" and he goes "like this" and holds up food to his beak and it doesn't even open or anything, the food just
Is bitten
And is in his mouth now
And everyone is like "?!"

Yes magically there is a bite missing
He takes bites
Without even opening his beak
Because beak no open
It's
Magic
...
Or not, who knows~? He is an enigma

Literally the way he eats is
He holds things up to the beak
And bam a bite is mysteriously taken out
No one knows how
He doesn't even know how
He just shrugs and says "I'm just magic now I guess??"

Idk why but brain is saying he's 17
... But v mature 17
Cuz 17 was like 40 back then, lmao

Even he doesn't know how he works anymore!! That's the fun part :)
... But I think he's still human, he's just got some weird universe-warp-y side effects from jumping forward in time

He is weirdly okay with everything that has happened to him tbh. He just shrugs and goes "this is how things are now!!!" He's a very happy guy tbh

The story with his cane is
Y'know plague doctors had canes n shit
But when he got pulled through the wormhole to present day
He didn't have his cane
So he was kinda sad about that
So the friends he made were like "let's get this fucker a nice cane" so it's kinda his comfort item now

Oh and he's a plague doctor that was sent to present day through a wormhole that fused his mask to his face

And he also was pretty much like "... Welp! Guess this is happening now!" And accepted it fairly quickly while all the people who knew him were kinda weirded out by how well he took it"

so. one day. he went. and worked out. for fun. to see how he'd like it. and he liked it a lot. he is a himbo now
