Having been a spoiled brat since childhood, he grew up thinking the best of himself. Thanks to his studies, he has more knowledge than most people, and absolutely loves showing off this fact. He can talk about stuff no one but him cares about for hours just for the sake of this. He's kind of a jerk sometimes, but has no qualms with talking with about everyone. He's good at reading people, and always acts on his own free will, never letting anybody manipulate him... although he just tends to be secluded studying on his free time. He's extremely picky and a big perfectionist, and he will Know if any of his things have been moved. He also tends to complain a lot about anything he doesn't like, and gets exaggeratedly depressed when he's not feeling well.

Even though he was born into a human family, Roderick was found to have a very special and powerful magic talent ever since he was very little, in addition to his own abilities: the ability to reactivate any spells that had ever been cast in a place. They made him study magic from the moment he was able to, and constantly praised his efforts everytime he learned something new. Roderick grew up knowing he could be the very best, and totally believed it. After all, nobody else could do what he did.
Then, one day, his older sister Cecillia suddenly had a strange accident. With his powers and his teacher's help, he easily found out the true culprit that had caused it: a magic being that shouldn't be in their world. This is how he found out about a certain place related to the history of witches, filled with secrets of the past, strange creatures, but sealed by strong powers, which not even the strongest magic users had permission to enter...
Fueled by his thirst for knowledge, Roderick continues to study. His first goal, immortality. Next... a visit to a certain unexplored, forbidden land of past mysteries.
