Separated from human mother at birth and dumped in toxic waters with cleaning chemicals and dead cephalopod matter. Has lived in the ocean as a mutant her whole life. Isolated from human society due to her monster-ish form scaring the populace. Mostly nonverbal, understands some English from hearing people on the shore speak it, but doesn't speak it herself. Generally doesn't wear clothes in the water. Has both lungs and gills; can breathe both underwater and on land but is more adjusted to breathing underwater. Lacks suction cups on her tentacles, but can selectively make parts of her "human" body adhesive. Can administer weak poison through contact with her tentacles.
