Determined and relentless, Katsuki is always on the lookout for victory. He's tenacious, he never give up and go until the end of things. He is also somewhat pugnacious, with a strong character, and does not hesitate to say things (frank). He is sometimes moody and may be angry or impatient. He is also rather dynamic and has trouble to stay inactive. He is also very cunning and intelligent.

Summary
Katsuki Honō was once attacked by Empress of the Night and was in terrible shape. Fortunately,Tobias Tsundora (who was in Japan for fighting against Kaiju) intervened and saved his life. At first, Katsuki was rather pissed off at Tobias and his intervention, because he felt rather insulted and called weakling, and did not accept his defeat against Empress of the Night. But eventually he changed his mind and put his pride aside. He was grateful to Tobias, and to thank him, he offered him more power and allow him to use his Fire element, if however, Tobias was ready to make a pact with him. ...

Trivia
• His name Katsuki means "hope of victory" (in english) or "Espoir de la Victoire" (en français)
• His last name Honō refers to his Fire element.
• He had to wait until his 100th birthday, to finally be able to transform into a human/kemonomimi form
• He was born female, but always considered himself a male
• He is a transman, but he will have to wait a few more years to be able to turn 100% into a male.
• His life expectancy is unknown. Some people think he would even be immortal.
• He is secretly in love with Izuko Korinohi, but not knowing the latter's feelings for him, he does not intend to reveal his feelings.
