Amelia Claire Atormi

While her appearance and background betray her, Amelia is very much a soft spoken, kind individual who has everyone's best interest at heart. She will bend over backward to please anyone who befriends her, going so far to even change herself to keep them around.
She will not hesitate to defend a person with her life, even if she doesn't know them, and will often-times step in to do everyday tasks with only the desire to help another. If shown kindness, she attempts to return it tenfold.
Though if one manages to work her out of this tense facade, they will find that Amelia does not change very much. She has slightly more confidence, is more relaxed, and gains a bit of a trickster side to her at the most.
That said, when angry, Amelia is a sheer force to be reckoned with.

.Amelia is able to shapeshift into any living creature that she has seen before, and able to independantly change parts of her body (arms/legs) to conserve energy.
.She can lose the ability to change into something if she forgets what it looks like.
.The instincts of the creature she morphs into are present, and can override her sense of self if too hungry, angry or scared.

✦ Appearance

Amelia is about 5' 3" tall, with dark skin, blue eyes, and pointed elf-like ears. She has a short, messy cut to her pitch black hair. Almost always has one bruise or another, as well as quite the collection of scars. The most notable being one that runs across her back from her right shoulder to the left side of her hip. She's taken to wearing bandages to cover a few.
Despite her current lifestyle, Amelia still ends up wearing her typical worn out clothes. Says that it's better to be prepared. Though she wishes she could get away with dressing up every now and then, and is never against such a thing.
