Party Favor

Party Favor is an excitable character with a party blower for a tongue, he solely eats sweets and snacks. His blood is made of a gooey like sugary substance. A direct effect from eating so much junk food. He enjoys throwing parties and is extremely friendly, maybe a little bit too much. 

This creature is very emotional, his mood could change within a few seconds but if he's mad or sad simply give him a bag of chips or a lollipop and he'll be right as rain.

His tail is very large, he enjoys using it any way he pleases. EX: Using it as a blanket, sitting on top of it as a beanbag, wrapping it around himself to stay warm.
