Raised in an orphanage now lives on a house boat with his boyfriend they do most of everything together Evan goes off to find hia next victim. Zephyr helps him sometimes mostly he collects the bones to use in arts´n crafts and sells them on the black market

he east mostly fish, and loves to cook

Gives random things to zephyr like little knickknack or animal bones to protect him while not together

sold his soul at 16 to a demon and now wants to rid the earth of criminals and sinners ,hes very powerful but dosn´t really know because hes a dumb stoner lol
