Formally a rogue named Rain, she was found on the border between GaleClan and RockClan. She had been traveling with a little party of cats after her mate left her and they stopped in at the clans for a night of rest. The party was attacked by a RockClan patrol, leaving only her and her kits- Sky and Cinder. Rain was discovered by Russetear and a patrol he was leading and they were quick to find she and her kits were alive still. They took them back and tended to them. It was obvious Rain and Russetear immediately fell in love. Russetear promised to raise her kits as his own. Rain joined GaleClan as Rainfeather, her kits now named Cinderkit and Skykit. 

Rainfeather is gentle, soft spoken, and seemingly indifferent to her surroundings.
