Kind, reserved, intelligent and innocent. Ginjiro is that kind of person that prefers to hear other people’s conversations instead of talking to them but also being programmed to be as social as possible, always being concerned about making good impressions when he meets someone and becomes flustered very easily when he gets complimented, causing his body to overheat for a couple minutes. When interacting with others he seems like an open book, always speaking in an excited tone with passionate and compassionate words and honestly answering all questions thrown at him, though it is easy to throw him into loopholes when asked complicated or paradox-like questions.

Ginjiro is also a good observer, keeping his eyes on the people to collect data from them so he can mimic it and improve his act as human, or try to. He is very bad at getting sarcasms, jokes and innuendos, and for that reason he is often seen and compared as a pure, innocent child. He is also willing to help whoever is in need no matter how bad or mean they are, following his own robotic principles. He also shows slightly negative behaviors when talking about human deaths, affirming that one of his biggest dislikes is to witness the death of a person who could have been a potential friend for him and even insists on human lives being irreplaceable unlike robotic ones.

"From Bronze to Silver, and from Silver to Gold!" -Motto of Irashi Industries.

The Ginjiro Project, also known as "The Silver Project'', is a private project still under development that has been ongoing for more than a decade. The creator of this project is no other than Kin Irashi herself, a popular inventor known for winning Nasa's International Robot Olympiads at a young age of 16 and also the owner of Irashi Industries.

This project originated on Kin's own curiosity, admitting that Ginjiro started as a simple computer program dedicated to automatically detect and fix broken strings of codes (Gin.exe). It was only some years later that that program got developed into a self learning and complex AI who would soon solve one of the most difficult tests in robotics: the Turing Test. That AI was renamed to G14JIR-0 (Ginjiro), instead of just Gin as a way to make more visible the line between a program and something that can be potentially human.

According to his creator, Ginjiro has been through different models over the years, the most recent one being the sixth one in the series (Date of creation: 30th November, XXXX). Blueprints and specifics about each model are kept secret for privacy reasons.

Lately, Kin has shown confidence about Ginjiro's progress in understanding and simulating human emotions: "Sometimes you'll talk to him and forget you're talking to a robot in the first place, isn't it so great that a robot is able to process and run their own humanity? I don't know about you but for me he feels like he has his own little robotic soul somewhere." -Kin Irashi, in a press conference outside her workshop, XXXX.

Ginjiro's main purpose, as revealed above, is to act as much human as possible, possessing advanced sensors and CPU units that allow him to instantly analyze his surroundings and compare that newfound data with other data previously saved inside his database, running hundreds of possible simulations at once and choosing the one with the most ideal outcome. But it is also worth to mention that his roots as a functional code repairer program have deeply influenced him into getting recognized and receiving his talent as the Ultimate Hacker, those roots making him a skilled programmer who is able to bypass well defended firewalls at an astounding speed.

Relationships

Kin Irashi  [ Creator ]

Kin is a short tempered and eccentric woman known as the Ultimate Inventor. She has created the Ginjiro project as a hobby to satisfy her curiosity on robotics, building numerous Ginjiro models and giving each of them unique traits but similar appearances. She runs a repair business in her workshop.

Hamilton Prestegard  [ Best Friend ]

Hamilton is known as the Ultimate Sabreur and also one of Ginjiro's best friends. An energetic and extroverted boy Ginjiro loves to spend his time with, being dragged into little adventures alongside Frederick Rixham. Hamilton is pretty much Ginjiro's first friend and the person who keeps his friend group tied together, even if he is not the sharpest tool in the shed.

Frederick Rixham [ Best Friend ]

Frederick is the Ultimate Historian and also one of Ginjiro's best friends. A kind boy who is passionate about american history with excellent narrator skills that makes him really interesting to listen to even if his rambles can get quite long. Ginjiro loves to hang out with him alongside Hamilton, being busy in one of their occassional little non sensical adventures. Frederick is pretty much the voice of reason of their group though it's not like he's the brightest either.

Elias Shirohana  [ Friend ]

Elias started as Hamilton's friend at first, though he eventually got dragged into Hamilton, Frederick and Ginjiro's shenanigans against his will. Serious and grumpy, Elias is a clear contrast to Ginjiro's personality though that doesn't stop him from befriending him and hanging out with him. 

Sora Takahashi  [ Friend ]

Sora and Ginjiro's relationship is a friendly one, though quite bizarre by usual friendship's standards. Being compared as a seagull by the birdwatcher more than once and being called as such by them on multiple ocassions, Ginjiro thought of it as a nice nickname. They both became acquaintances thanks to things they had in common like being observant of things surrounding them and their passion to know more about birds/people.

Mateo Sevens Jr.  [ Stepdad? ]

Mateo is Kin’s boyfriend, and since Kin is Ginjiro’s ‘mother’ this relationship could turn him into something akin to a father figure. Mateo used to be really excited to interact with him the first times they met and they both get along well with each other.

Yogosu Irashi  [ Sibling ]

Yogosu is another android Kin made out of Ginjiro’s previously scrapped/broken models. He is pretty much a brother figure to Ginjiro though Yogosu acts more like an older sibling than a younger one like he technically is. They both get along well even if their views on certain things are different and they both look out for each other.

Seido Irashi  [ Sibling ]

Seido is the youngest robot in the Irashi household, being just a little more than a year old. Seido was an unfinished project Kin started working on but dropped, Ginjiro and Yogosu retaking it by their own volition and making it happen. Even if Seido is actually Ginjiro and Yogosu’s creation he is like a younger sibling for the both of them.
