A Prototype’s Successor

Held within a laboratory for so much of her life, she had known nothing more than the daily routine of surgeries and tests. The more presentable successful subject of Project Wireless had been transferred from Project IR, and nicknamed Red. The prototype had proven their goals were attainable, and Red proved that they were marketable. Being such a mature and charming girl in her appearance, they set out to market their newly developed products to the public, using her as the face of their products. In return, Red was bound by a contract with SomaTec, allowed to live openly in the world with infinite resources in exchange for her services.

Red lives in the outskirts of the city, wishing to remain as far away from others as she possibly can. She remains distrustful and malicious towards other people, and wishes for nothing more than her own solitude and free will - even if it means SomaTec must remain her owners.
