the people i blacklist qualify under one or more of the following reasons: 

has proven one of the following to me in the history of our interactions:

-risk to my personal mental well being 

-risk to my physical well being

-risk to my friends well being

-risk to the publics well being (such as but not limited to pedos and the like)

-connected to the main user being blacklisted that have shown to be apart of the problem on more than a single occasion

-have broken my blacklist rule/tos/etc. 

Do not harass these users in any way.

Update 4/7/23: if found to be blocked by a user, said user may be automatically added to a temporary blacklist section for reasons of concern. these users are fine to dm me to discuss removal of their temp blacklist
