Space Tsundere
If anyone were asked about Quinn Edwards, they would probably go on and on about their high quality work ethic and ambition, but it is unlikely that if asked about their personality they would have anything positive to say. Quinn has spent a large effort dedicated to keeping people far away and leaving them alone. On the surface, Quinn is very abrasive, being polite enough to interact, but not quite enough to truly engage in any lengthy conversation. When they are proven to be correct, Quinn often acts very smug about it. They prefer to keep quiet, and when they do bother to speak, it is often brief, sarcastic, or stern.
Most of Quinn's time is spent studying for any number of exams for high level classes, weeks early. They are well organized and amibitious, having kept a neat and precise schedule and plan for their future career and life. Quinn is known in the Crust social sphere to be one the top students in the Solarium's Academy which they take great pride in, but could do without all of the social obligations that such a position is attached with. They are expected to be the top engineer in the Crust laboratories in the future. Quinn has always found frienship to be much to bothersome to persue, often more focused on their work.
The only person so far who has bothered to stick by Quinn long enough to wear them down is Berry. Underneath their thick and withdrawn shell Quinn is actually kinda sweet. In front of Berry, they tend to be a bit more lenient, but still grumpy as ever, attempting to retain their serious demeanor but usually failing. Quinn is not very tolerant of physical affection from most people, however Berry is a notable exception.

Past
Both of Quinn's parents are high ranking administrators in the Cosmic Solarium. Quinn never spent much time with them as a child, but they do have a stable relationship though more akin to co-workers then parents. Quinn's parents have worked hard to establish Quinn as their successor, supporting their lofty ambitions which happened to be in line with their expectations. Quinn has occasionally been forced to attend Crust parties for the sake of socializing with their peers, though they often despised such events. Their parents, like other people on the Bridge Crew don't view the optimistic and revolutionary commander highly, but Quinn respects his goals and effective diplomatic skills enough that he does not share the same sentiments as their parents. During the alien invasion in the Cosmic Solarium, Quinn was an average civilian in the crust, and generally unharmed by the tragedy. In their childhood, Quinn was quite close with their caretaker bot, who, under the instructions of their parents, brought Quinn up with high level education even as a young child. She was recently scrapped for unknown reasons.

Current
Raspberry is a charming girl whose cheery disposition and tendancy to quickly bond with others have gained her many close friends. In reality, she is not very street smart and tends to wander off, so many a reluctant tsundere have assumed the position of her chaperone. Berry is physically affectionate with many of her friends, often holding hands or at least sticking close by. Raspberry often has nightmares related to abandonment and loneliness, and has anxiety related to being left alone. She cares about Elliot feircely despite his reluctance to accept her as someone close to his heart. She has recently forged a close friendship with Support Bot, 5NUGG73.47Z3, or Snugglebot. Raspberry loves her dearly, and is almost never seen without her. She has also done some training to have a magical form to boost her fighting abilities against snarls in the Golden Colessum, being driven by her desire to protect her friends from danger. Her tendency to hold her own precieved "good" intentions above the concerns of others has begun to surface alongside increasingly reckless and self sacrificing actions on the battlefield.
Berry, after meeting Quinn has mellowed out a bit in terms of recklessness. She is also much more willing to be affectionate with them, though she is not yet aware of why. After they confessed of their feelings during the Palentine's dance, Berry asked them to wait for her to figure out how she feels before giving them an answer.
