Hinotori Atsuka supposedly the direct heir of the notorious Atsuka family, a group of trained assassins and mercenaries. After refusing the wishes of his father to continue his family's business, he left and travelled to the capital of Shiragen to study at the acclaimed Demonology school, Kita Tengoku.
Upon studying at Kita Tengoku, he became quick friends with several powerful Summoners and quickly rose up the ranks towards becoming a high level Demon Hunter.

- A member of the Atsuka family, one of the 7 great families. Supposedly descendant from the Goddess Sa'rah.

- He has lil bird ear/tuffs in his hair,,, when he gets flustered or surprised his hair/wings puffs up like bird feathers.
- Their themes include; Any urban/techwear based themes, stormy weather, lightning, star/galaxies, white ravens.
Summoning Technique
Primary Technique: Storms Wrath
Bloodline technique that mutated from the Atsuka family. Apparently a similar technique to that used by by past Vestiges of Sa'rah. Hino's ability has several sub techniques that branch off his primary one. The primary technique, Storms Wrath; allows him to freely summon and channel all forms of electricity and clouds. This technique can be utilized in a way to create weapons, summon smokescreens, and maneuver very easily.
Additionally to his primary technique, his most potent technique allows him to transform into the form of a Stormdrake, the legendary form of Sah'ra. In this form, he is able to travel vast distances very quickly, as well as carry multiple people on his back. In this form, he is able to cause a lot of destruction should he wish it. Able to summon massive thunder storms while flying to amass large rainclouds and destructive winds/lightning strikes.
Battle Stats
Hinotori is typically one of the first to rush into a fight. With training in assassinry skills received from his family at a young age, Hino is a very competent fighter. Equal parts fast as he is intelligent, Hino is a very dangerous fighters and has quickly caught the attention of Senior Hunters. Coupled with his massive Summoning abilities and techniques, he is more than able to handle his own.
Despite his summoning power, his raw strength is lacking. Since he has to be able to fly, Hino weighs next to nothing and therefore lacks weighs behind his punches. But he more than makes up for this with his speed and agility.
