Views Bunnie as the parent she never had, but hasn't actually talked to her in years. They had a falling out when Zuri decided to pursue underwater living.

Merphin Gift (Corrupted)
She was gifted with the ability to breathe in a sudden and desperate moment. Shortly after the gifter's passing, the gills started to leak. It hurts to live underwater, but Zuri views it as a form of penance.
Creature Morph
Zuri was targeted by an anti-spinxyn group of merphins that seemed to hold a grudge against her boss/mentor. They tried to scare her out of West Ava with a curse, transforming her hair into wriggling tentacles.
Faceless & Internal
Requested by Zuri in an attempt to kill the gods. She believed the power to destroy them was hidden in spinxyn curses. She has a surprising amount of control over the tendrils and uses them as weapons.
