- "There's always another fish in the Ocean". However there's only one Water Neko in this world. Sailors catch phase when mentioning Mizu.
Mizu is one of the Water spirits of the waters, rivers and sea. Created by the goddess of water and life Laumé. She is well known for her kind nature and giving a helping hand to failing or lost ships during fishing trips, as she dances across the water surface with her troupe of flying fish until she reaches a large gathering of a prizable catch, and in return she gets for sea shells, precious stones and new unique items as her curiosity is boundless like the ocean.
With her growing curiosity she started to grow more and more human features and developed her own mind and will. So she has learned the art of "land walking" as her curiosity couldn't be contained for long when she was introduced to a world map for when she was visited by local fishermen.
Knowing only her ocean and not the idea that the world can have multiple oceans seperated by land as well as water masses seperated from her glorious home, she set out to find and explore this new places.
Mizu rides a bicyle when travelling while being accompanied by a small aqarium, that is maintained by her water magic, and a girl she gave the name Inu, because she is very dog like. Like many Neko's she is very curious and often likes to find new places...and fall asleep. Unlike other Neko's, she refuses to eat fish and in her tail and ears she has small aquariums. With her Fish friend flounder and her dogfriend Inu, she will explore the world and go where no water spirit has gone before!
