Abilities: Can control the waves and tides. He can also engulf his fists in water to increase the power of his punches. In particularly damp environments, he can even go so far as to create more fists out of water and unleash a devastating barrage of punches. He also possesses a focus attack. For a moment, he can stop to calm his mind and focus all his strength on unleashing a massive, highly destructive burst of water. The longer he waits, the more severe the attack will be.
Conditions: Areas with lots of water such as a lake, river, or ocean will greatly enhance his abilities. Dry places such as deserts will severely hinder them, but rain can give him a slight boost.
About: He and his family used to live by the ocean until a massive tsunami hit Japan. His loved ones were killed, but he managed to miraculously survive the tragedy. One day, Ushio was visited by Noah Foreman, who sought him out after hearing of his bizarre survival story. After hearing of the mass destruction that could befall the world, Ushio joins Noah in order to prevent another horrific disaster from taking even more innocent lives.
