Cirrus is a Fae, one of the many spirits that inhabit The Veil. Cirrus comes out of the Veil from time to time to visit the land of Okuyasha, a nation that widely worships the spirits of the Veil more than the Gods of Elysia. They call Cirrus the "Warrior of the Wind", claimin that when storms brew, it is actually the result of Cirrus battling corrupted spirits that try to escape the Veil. There are several shrines dedicated to Cirrus that can be found throughout Okuyasha.
