TOS:
TOS WienerDingus - 2023:

THIS MUST BE READ BEFORE COMMISSIONING ME

when purchasing art from me there'll be a conversation in where i ask what you want, pose, hairstyle ect. I will show you a WIP of the sketch and ask if you want any corrections made. When you confirm the sketch I will ask for Payment, and after payment has been received i will start the linework process.
You have 2 stages of change acceptance - when the sketch and linework are confirmed there are no more changes.

In terms of Highlight and Shadow I will have full control over the process and outcome of the overall look unless the client is particular about the colours and mood.
the Client has every right to Ask for WIPs at any stage of the process but has no say beyond the linework point when confirmed.

>You may in no way shape or form edit my artwork in any way without asking me first.

The piece can take up to 4 weeks, and if any circumstances change the fact that WienerDingus can't deliver on time, I have the right to change the delivery date and push it another week max. or decline and refund The Client.

I WienerDingus am allowed to decline an order if the client mistreats and or misbehaves towards me with no refund.
I WienerDingus am allowed to stop a process for a refund if I see it to be too much for my management.

If a Character is detailed to a point of where more time is needed, I WienerDingus am fully allowed to charge more than on the Commission pricing but it will be set from the beginning of the order.
I WienerDingus am allowed to pull in my Manager into a work process when I see it fitted or a third party.

I WienerDingus will not take commissions of Stolen Characters- When the character is found to be stolen in a process, the process will be stopped without refund and instantly.
I WienerDingus will not take commissions from Minors of explicit or 18+ content. You need to confirm your age when commissioning an 18+ piece.
I WienerDingus will not take commissions of Characters made in Dressup games/ IMVU /Secondlife/y8games /piscew



Additional TOS in terms of artwork and designs.
Once the final artwork and or design is completed:

>You can: upload to your galleries and other sharing platforms with reference to the artist, WienerDingus @ TH

>You do in no way shape or form have the right to use my artwork for personal gain, financial or otherwise. You May use my Designs if you bought the design, but not the artwork of it, itself.
(you can buy permission for marketing for 100USD of the piece, where i WienerDingus, give you full consent to sell said artwork on items, shirts or logo related things)

>You may not keep my WIPS in any way shape or form unless you ask.

>You may in no way shape or form edit my artwork in any way without asking me first.

>I am allowed to deny any form of commission regardless of why or by who

Character Design TOS:
If you buy a character from me you can use it for profit at any time, but do not take credit for my design what so ever, all credit of the original design should and shall stay with me
