Pierce is a police officer for the Chiyon police department. He is very aware of the vigilante problem in Chiyon and how ichor use exacerbates the problem. As a non-ichor user, he fears everyday for his life, feeling that he can be snuffed out easily by an ichor using criminal. As a result, he is always on the defensive when around ichor users and on the offensive when ichor criminals are being reported.
