Tiffany "Tootsie" Favala is a cocktail waitress at the Big Top Casino and Hotel. During her shift, she doesn't speak to imitate the "clown/mime" persona. This also helps considering she contracted an illness after high school which affects her vocal cords making her voice very quiet and difficult to hear. As a result, she's started learning sign language in order to communicate. She used to be bubbly and loud while in high school while loving to sing. However, after she contracted her illness, she's become a bit more reclusive. One day, she hopes to reclaim her voice and bubbly personality.
