Dr. Noh

An eccentric mad scientist, genius with at least a couple screws loose, Dr. Noh is well known by his coworkers as a guy to be avoided at all costs, lest you want to be on the receiving end of one of his monologues. His moral compass is a roulette wheel, and he'll do anything in the sake of discovery, he's as reckless with his own life as he is with the lives of others, and he has probably drank at least a test tube and a half of unidentified green fluid.
