Personifies my depression/how my depression feels, but in a friendly and approachable way rather than an unfriendly and scary way. They make my depression feel less difficult, almost like turning it into a more positive way to look at it if that makes sense. Like.. depression is scary and hard and Pand is if you could take everything depression is and find a more positive, friendly way to portray it so it seems less like this huge scary monster.

Reframes the way I look at my depression. Feeling depressed? Draw a sleepy Pand. Feeling alone? Draw Pand giving a hug. They counter everything that feels awful about depression and they’re a positive I can look at and love to make things easier. I plan on doodling them whenever I’m struggling with depression!!
