Captain Clause

Captain Clause is a cyborg pirate who acts all kind and acts like your friend, but it's clearly a facade. If you're not with him then he tries to capture you to put a robotic device on your heart that mind controls you, (the bigger a person is the more devices they need) Doesn't necessarily have to be on your heart, but that gets the best results.
