Codename Dove, real name unknown. Can manipulate her center of gravity and which direction is "up" for her to essentially fly. Legally considered a wanted villain, but is popular among most people for her role supporting the community and has become something of an icon for the anti hero-force movement. Uses her powers for rescues from disaster zones and robbery from the rich. Redistributes a lot of money to local outreach efforts and individuals in need. As part of her efforts to keep money from being traced back, she's become adept at money laundering, but tries to keep this less known. She's selective with the people she'll work with, hero-force, or villain. Prefers people without superpowers in general

Likes fluffy things. Has many, many blankets and fluffy coats. Hopeless romantic, has an extensive social network and likes setting people up on dates, but her work has been keeping her single. Likes talking praxis, dislikes the rain, has conflicted feelings about superpowers.
