Placebo

This is Placebo!!! They (any pronouns!) came to Earth as a voyager and became obsessed with cartoons. They want to fight crime, but their knowledge of good and evil is loosely based on their personal code. They aren't very strong, don't know how to fight, and their outfit + face is just stuff they've stolen and stuck to their carapace.
