Coronet Caracal

[Very WIP description, will refine later]

A relatively haughty caracal with an affinity for rings, and for good reason.  He is stronger the more rings he has, and when given enough, he is able to perform special jumps using their power.

  -May also have ties to the Chaos rings from Knuckles Chaotix?
   -May by extension have some repertoire with Chaotix
 -Powers: is stronger the more rings he's collected, can do special maneuvers using the power of rings.
  -2 Main maneuvers are special jumps he can stack...  So long as he has enough rings.
    -Saturn jump: spins to make a horizontal ring of energy that allows him quick vertical movement
    -Caelus jump: spins to make a vertical ring of energy that allows him quick horizontal movement
      -Can chain these jumps interchangeably to go long distances
  -The rings on his arm and leg cuffs can be detached and used basically like the rings in Knuckles Chaotix, allowing him to link with up to 2 others
   -May also have some ring magnetism? Largely for the sake of potential balancing stuff
