PERMISSIONS

You may edit the design and any additional artwork I have created for it. Regardless of any changes, you cannot fully claim the design/artwork as your own, but you are encouraged to take credit for any edits you've made. Furthermore, all original, unaltered artwork must stay with the character and cannot be deleted.  

I request that all characters and artwork I have created are kept visible to me, preferably full-size and unwatermarked

Creating alternate versions of a character is permitted so long as they stay with the original design if the character is sold, traded or given away. This also applies to sibling or clone-type characters.  

Once a character is yours you have the right to sell them for whatever you’d like, regardless of how you’ve received them. However, I request you remain transparent regarding their acquisition.

If you want to delete or rehome one of my designs off-site, please contact me. Your message should include a link to the character’s new owner and any artwork I have made of them (unaltered, full-size and unwatermarked). This helps me preserve my art and keep track of the whereabouts of my designs to prevent character theft.

OWNERSHIP

I am not responsible for any future ownership disputes or mishaps once the character is out of my possession.

Co-ownership is allowed.

PUBLIC BLACKLIST

If you violate these terms, you will receive a warning or be blacklisted, depending on the severity of the rule broken. Being blacklisted prohibits you from owning any of my designs that you don’t currently own.
