By accepting ownership of any of my designs you are agreeing to my TOS.
- If the design in question is of any closed/semi/open species you must follow the rules of said species regarding trades, sales and re-designs as well as their TOS.
- If it is a one off design you can re-design and sell it for any amount you wish, though you are not allowed to auction it off.
- You may not use my artwork in any commercial or promotional way.
- Never delete the TH profile provided, if needed be you can send it back to my account, where it will remain for archival reasons.
- You may not pass ownership to blacklisted users.
- Breaking of this TOS might result in a warning or blacklisting.
