He's the guy who kept hitting on his secretary / machine scripter and lost millions because of it-- she shut down all of their operations with a few lines of looping code and was hired at mann co. because of it-- after he had gone out of his way to contact every single business not to hire her.

Has no qualms with asassinating people to get his way- currently after Edith and the entire RED team for revenge, and looks like a flamingo while doing it.
