Perseus Regulus

Perseus is an elegant man who loves to make himself known in crowds. He takes great pride in his apperence and flaunts it often. Despite this, he is well suited for his job as a caretaker to those in need. He often does house visits and will even become a live-in caretaker if one so needs it. His current patient is Eilwen, a cocky shooter who has seen better days. [Owned by Shining-Scales]

Though if you manage to get on his nerves, he will shoot insult after insult, often laced with a cocky over tone at you. He has no shame in telling you what he thinks which often gets him in trouble, but he doesn't care much.
