A domineering and extroverted personality. A spacefarer who is experienced and wants to impart that experience onto other people. Mostly a serious person when it comes to work, but apart from that mostly a goofy uncle archetype. Very passionate. He almost never removes his suit, and next to nobody knows or remembers what he looks like underneath it.
Red is the (often self-proclaimed) captain of his ship and crew. He was promoted to captain once after surviving an attack with an impostor, aka seeing one kill, running to report it and succeeding. He was injured in this encounter, but not severely. He has scars from the incident that he hides from his fellow crewmates.
No matter what crew he is a part of, he tends to take on some form of leadership role, even if he doesn’t always possess the qualifications or status required. Whenever he enters a crew he immediately thinks of everyone as his close friends or family, someone to be protected, which makes him unable to properly cope when an impostor is revealed and ejected. He cares about the safety of the majority but is often internally conflicted due to the impostor having (in most cases) behaved like a normal person and exhibiting signs of humanity. Externally, he sets aside this conflict and vows to hunt them down every time. Gotta keep up morale somehow!
