Geoff is hardworking, persistent (to the point of stubbornness occasionally), and has a strict upbringing. His parents always expected much of him, and he was overshadowed by his naturally-talented little sister. His main goal tends to be proving his ability to his parents.
He's ambitious, knows what he wants, and will work his ass off to get it. He might seem cold but he's actually really caring to people he truly cares about. He just doesn't show it through his words, rather through the things he does for those people. He actually kind of struggles to show his emotions as well, although he very much does feel them as much as anyone else.
He's the type of person who wants to live in peace and normalcy, and yet he can feel himself getting choked by that normalcy. By his duty, by his mundane everyday... That's why Xavier is his foil, the one to pull him everywhere and make him try out new things.
