The Doc

Dr. Hal Rainer, often just called The Doc or ‘Doc’

The Doc specialises in robotics and technology, often designing and building machines

He also does experiments with humans and robotics and he himself has cybernetic eyes

Some experiments work out while some fail miserably, he doesn’t mind holding human lives in his hands and believes sacrifices must be made, caring little -if at all- about ethics
