Terms of service
Please read through these terms carefully before buying or offering on my designs.
Failure to follow this TOS will result in a block or private blacklist from participating in my adopts.

Payment & General rules
- I refuse to do business involving money with minors. Art or character only trades are fine, I might also consider vouchers.
- All payment is to be sent via PayPal or Kofi (Other services aren't available where I live).
- Prices for my adopts are often listed in EUR / €. Paypal automatically converts payments, but make sure to double check the exchange rate to avoid any confusion.
- I usually send out an invoice, but if sending money to me directly, it should be through goods and services with NO address option.
- Payment plans are fine for adopts if the price goes over 150€.
- While appreciated, it is not required to have me authorized if you set any design of mine to private.
- I refuse to directly sell my designs to those I have blocked or blacklisted, however, I will not control where they end up via trades and don't feel comfortable putting up a public blacklist.
- Do not contact me if you assume a design of mine has been copied. Unless it is blatantly obvious and the entire design has been referenced with minimal changes, I will not involve myself.
You must
- Credit me as the creator of my designs unless credit is already listed. Preferably credit my Toyhouse account - Chigle.
- Let me know beforehand if you have to back out from buying an adopt. Deleting your bid comment or ghosting will result in a blacklist from buying designs directly from me.
You may
- Resell my designs for the same price they were bought for.
- Ask for additional amounts with the resale price if the design has art that was purchased.
- Heavily or slightly alter the design in any way (hairstyle, gender, body type, etc.).
- Edit original art of the design, as long as you still keep a copy of the unedited one around.
- Transfer the design to a closed species version of it (please still credit me for the original design).
- Contact me if a character's trade listing is turned off so I can edit it.
- Co-own a design bought from me with another person. However, I will NOT involve myself should any disputes about ownership arise.
You may not
- Resell the design for more than it was bought for, unless it has additional art that was purchased.
- Use my designs for hateful or problematic content (this includes promoting racism and homophobia or depicting them in relationships involving cp, incest, feral nsfw and so on).
- Take credit for my designs.
- Turn my design into offbrands.
- Make a public species based on my design.
- Use feral or pokemon designs made by me for NSFW/explicit content.
Commercial use
- Let me know beforehand if you intend to use a design commercially so a fee can be settled.
- I usually charge half of what the design's original price was, but it depends on a case by case basis.
