Sslerna Seveblack is the owner of Sslerna's Broom Emporium, the largest broom seller in Dragon Mile, quoted as: "A place where witches, wizards, Gòes, and more could safely purchase items they needed to either start their magical journey or enhance it."

He created Dragon Mile alongside Diavolo Judah, the strongest Gòes in Neo Japan of whom Sslerna is a secret admirer. Sslerna is a very studious prime omega, with a need to perfect the art of broom making using his elven and vampiric power. He was at one-point Diavolo's apprentice at Lion's Talon's School of Witchcraft and Sorcery, until he graduated at the top of his class with a degree in Broom Crafting, Desigin, and Weaponization. He then became a Master Gòes himself, he is looking for an apprentice to pass on his wizarding knowledge to. Magic Academies in this universe consist of core classes and a Master and Apprentince system, where a professor becomes the master, title to be decided, to an apprentice, title to be decided, and travels around the world and other dimensions and universes, fighting against god's forces and the forces of Reggies to protect mid and low level demons and other magical beings, sometimes acting as escort services to important caravans for protection. Once these travels are done or the professor dies, his student becomes a master Gòes, himself, but only if he survives the trials. Sslerna survived his trials, the fifteen other students, did not.
