Kuvunja is one of the calmer and gentler Familiars in El Korongo, and well she silently prides herself on being that way compared to the others she has been around. She is constantly determined to protect the little ones and she will do anything protect them with in supernatural limits for her except for when she is in a fearful state as she begins to space out as a shaken little mess. But she is intelligent and will manage her way through her fears with logic and reason while being slightly aloof about the notions of it all. Yet if the task or challenge at stake is not to her liking or in general not up to par, she will reject whatever has been given and press others to redo it all while she watches as she thoroughly enjoys seeing others reactions to rejection. Kuvu will remain modest while that happens though as she thrives on others opinions of her since she lives on the constant edge of a broken heart.

History
Kuvunja wasn’t always cursed and cowardly she was once a beautiful bright lioness with the fluffiest tail tuft in the realm, well wispy tail tuft that could show the smallest speck of dirt on the ground. And boy did she love using it to engage cubs when she was watching the den for the huntresses of the Aurora deadpools, a enemy pride of the Safiri’s Oasis. Yes, she did know about the legendary Yakonne who was her cousin and that entire situation and well she was deeply disturbed by the matters....
Till one day, the territory turned a ghastly grey with terrifyingly dark clouds. Nobody knew what happened until a lions face appeared in the clouds sucking the souls of the lions below, and collecting the color from their pelts, draining them to be lifeless shades of grey. Kuvunja was horrified as she tried to hide the cubs but it was too late as she was found out and banished to the pool of the dead. Within minutes she found herself in El Korongo in the presence of all that believed in the guardians and the deities. So Chuki pitied her putting her with Chatu, so the two could bond.
